**APP – Family Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Tawas/AuGres, Michigan**

• Full-time, day shift position: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Outpatient primary care practice
Position Highlights:
• Join an established Family Medicine team
• Full scope of family medicine care for patients of all ages
• Own patient panel
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, hospital follow-ups, ED follow-ups, physicals, established patient visits, and Medicare wellness exams
• Prescribe and manage medications and immunizations appropriately
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Primary care experience preferred; new graduates with primary care background considered
• AHA-approved BLS certification
• Active Michigan license or eligible to apply
