**APP – Family Medicine Opportunity**
**Located: Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan**

• Full-time, day shift position: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Outpatient primary care practice serving Sault Ste. Marie and the Eastern Upper Peninsula
Position Highlights:
• Join a team of primary care providers
• Perform physical exams, acute visits, and chronic disease management
• Appropriately prescribe and manage medications and immunizations
• Procedures may include mole removals, pap smears, and biopsies
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• AHA-approved BLS certification
• Active Michigan license or eligible to apply
