Job Summary:

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a PRN experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Trident Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina.

Qualified Candidates:

• Acute care certified NP or licensed PA
• ICU experience highly desired
• APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation
• Ability to work PRN, 4-6 shifts per month
• Ability to work a Mix of Days and Nights and weekends
• 12-hour shifts covering a 28-bed medical/surgical ICU, with cardiac and small neuro patient population
• 1 MD and 1 APP (7am to 7pm); 1 MD and 1 APP (7 pm to 7 am)
• GME Teaching facility
