• Just 4 shifts per month for full-time position
• Critical access hospital with 5,500 annual patient volume
• Open to EM trained physicians or FM physicians with EM experience
• 1099 independent contractor position with malpractice/tail coverage
• Provider lounge with sleeping and shower facilities
• No OB and unstable or critical patients are transferred out
• Light inpatient coverage on weekends and holidays
• Eastern Iowa located an hour from Cedar Rapids or 2.5 hours to west Chicago suburbs
