• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm or 5 pm, 8 hour days
• 36 - 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Option for four 9-hour days with Fridays off for 32 hours weekly
• Minimum 5 patients per day averaged over the week
• Home health setting
• Home health experience preferred but will train
