**Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist**
• Practice Type: Outpatient
• On-Call Structure: 1:4 schedule; Mental Health Therapists handle first-line phone calls when on call
• Team Model: Collaborative, including:
o 19 Mental Health Therapists
o 2 Psychologists
o AODA program with IOP services on site
