We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Pennsburg, PA. The role starts ASAP and follows an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

What we’re looking for

  • A current Physical Therapy license for the practicing state(s) or documentation showing you’re eligible for licensure.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; OR a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; OR a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with at least five years of PT experience.
  • A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

What you’ll do

  • Provide hands-on patient care: screen, examine, evaluate, diagnose impairments, set treatment goals, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Deliver and document therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercise (aerobic, balance, coordination, strengthening, flexibility), functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance, wound/integumentary care, electrotherapeutic and mechanical modalities, and physical agent modalities.
  • Lead health and wellness education, chronic disease management, fall risk assessment/intervention, case management, and home/community mobility assessments with safety recommendations.
  • Teach mobility skills, monitor patient progress and behavior, and perform routine re-evaluations to update or advance treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens and refer patients to other disciplines or agencies as needed.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff in line with state and professional standards.
  • Follow department and patient schedules, complete timely clinical and billing documentation, and participate in patient care and staffing conferences and work-related meetings.
  • Ensure a safe environment by identifying and eliminating fire and safety hazards; order, maintain, and clean supplies and equipment; report needed repairs.
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality service to patients and families.
  • Support and incorporate health and wellness programming into treatment plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
