We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join a school district team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role you’ll work directly with students, families, and school staff to assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language services that support students’ communication and academic success—following professional standards and district guidelines.

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Current, valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP)
• SLP-Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered if a vendor-provided supervisor is available for direct supervision

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and refer students with suspected speech and language needs
• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations, then recommend placement and services
• Assist with hearing screenings as needed
• Develop measurable annual IEP goals and benchmarks for eligible students
• Work with classroom teachers and other school personnel to embed therapy goals into daily learning activities
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of evaluations, services provided, and student progress
• Hold conferences with parents and staff to review findings and discuss recommendations
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and required onboarding/compliance sessions
• Provide parent training on speech and language development and related topics
• Perform other duties as assigned
