2+ years current experience in Physical Therapy in Home Health
age group experience: Peds to Geri
Previous travel experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
Home Health and/or Hospice experience
OASIS experience
Active American Heart Association BLS
All licenses/certs must be current
Permanent address
New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
BLS (AHA)
