Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years current Home Health physical therapy experience
- Experience across age groups (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience
- OASIS experience
- Active New Hampshire license (Compact license accepted)
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- All licenses and certifications current
- Permanent address on file
Preferred:
- Previous travel assignment experience highly preferred
