Contract Home Health Physical Therapist (Days) — Kaneohe, HI (ASAP)

We’re looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join a home health team in Kane‘ohe, HI on a contract/travel basis — available to start ASAP. This is a daytime, 8-hour-per-day assignment (no weekend work) with a weekly pay rate of $2,428 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years of PT experience
• Valid Hawaii PT license
• At least 1 year of home health PT experience
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase and OASIS
• Productivity expectation: 25 points per week
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Travel experience preferred

• Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile
