Job Summary:

Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at our Independence, Missouri location.

Qualified Candidates:

• Join a team of three other APP's
• Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience-heart failure specifically would be ideal
• Support physician in the inpatient care units
• Will conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
• Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
