• 5x8 day shifts 8am - 4:30pm with call 1 Sunday per 5 weeks
• Weekend coverage every 5th week with weekday time off
• Patients include general weakness, back pain, and orthopedic knees
• EMR: EPIC
• PT handles admits, evals, reassessments, and discharges
• PTAs handle routine visits for support
• Home health experience required with minimum 1 year experience
• Travel experience preferred for this role

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
