What we need
- Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.

- Develop and adjust pain-management strategies using therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual therapy.
- Help patients regain independence after surgery, injury, or illness to improve their quality of life.
- Track and document progress, updating treatment plans as patients improve or needs change.
- Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
- Provide tailored home exercise plans to support recovery outside the clinic.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes while following legal and ethical standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.
- Deliver culturally sensitive care and adapt approaches to meet diverse patient needs.
