Job Summary:

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida, is seeking a full time Hospitalist to join our expanding team of elite physicians at a Level II Trauma Center dedicated to unparalleled patient outcomes.

 

Qualified Candidates:

 

· Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine  

· Florida License and DEA Required

· On-site 7am-7am, nightly call coverage and weekends, nights

· 7 on 7 off 12 hour shifts

· Second call to residents,

· GME coverage for Internal Medicine Residency Program

·About 25 patients per provider with about 5-6 daily admissions

· Hospitalist will manage ICU patients

· Hospitalists do NOT run codes

· Preferred experience with Meditech EMR
