• Monday - Friday schedule with shared phone call coverage
• 75% clinical practice, 25% administrative leadership role
• Managing providers and involvement in hiring decisions

• Budget management and value-based care experience preferred
• Over 2 years primary care leadership experience required
• Board certification required with DEA license
