Join a 14-week contract/travel assignment in Vallejo, CA — start ASAP. Full-time schedule: Sun–Sat, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation: Travel: $2,244/35 hrs; Local: $2,212/35 hrs.

Required credentials:

• Current, active Physical Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included)

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, review medical history, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine patient needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progressive home exercise programs to restore function, mobility, strength, endurance, and independence.
• Deliver manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue work, stretching) and therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold) to manage pain and promote healing.
• Instruct patients and families on assistive device use, body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Establish and modify pain management strategies using therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual techniques.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress; adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, obtain informed consent, and uphold ethical, legal, and culturally sensitive care practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
