This is a PRN general medicine role providing supplemental outpatient clinical coverage across several sites in Arizona (Tuba City/Chinle, Nogales, Safford, and Payson). Assignments are interview-driven medical examinations with limited physical assessment (range of motion and muscle strength testing). You will not be prescribing or providing treatment—this position is focused on evaluations such as Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.

Schedule and coverage

• Start: ASAP, ongoing (PRN/as-needed)
• Shift types: Half day (4 hours or less) or full day (4–8 hours)
• Site breakdown (typical frequency): Tuba City/Chinle — 1 day/week; Nogales — 2 days/week; Safford — 2 days/week; Payson — half day/week

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interview-based medical exams with targeted physical testing (ROM, muscle strength)
• Perform METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions as needed
• Complete required exam documentation; clinical-only role (no prescribing or treatment)

Minimum requirements

• Active Arizona medical license
• Board certified (BC)
• Own personal laptop (Windows only — no Macs/Apple devices)
• DMA certification or willingness to obtain it
• Must have a private office for completing work-related documentation
• Proficient in METs testing and evaluation of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Residence within 50 miles of the assigned location(s)
• NPDB report
