Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; 3–5 days per week (flexible)

Clinical Duties

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology evaluation and management
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult hematology and oncology patients (case mix ~60% oncology / 40% hematology)
• Manage a clinic census of ~15 patients/day
• Provide phone consults as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with APPs and network physicians; work independently as the solo outpatient provider when required
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Meditech and ensure continuity of care and follow-up

Facility & Support

• EMR: Meditech
• Standard outpatient oncology clinic equipment available
• APP support and clinic staff available
• Specialty backup from collaborating physicians in the network

Credentials & Compliance

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Active KY medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA required
• Certifications as required by facility
• Hospital privileges required (credentialing timeline ~60 days)
• Recent patient-facing clinical experience required
