What you’ll do

• Evaluate students’ gross motor skills and mobility to understand how physical needs affect learning.
• Create and carry out individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals.
• Deliver therapy in classrooms, gyms, and other school spaces to promote safe, functional access.
• Track and document progress according to IDEA and district standards; attend ARD/IEP meetings and contribute clinical input.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to recommend mobility, positioning, and access strategies across environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support student success.
