TPR - Employed | Child & Adolescent Psychiatry | Boston metro

We are seeking a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. This role includes performing psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

| Full Time Days

| Monday - Friday

| No Weekends

| No On-Call 

| 17 bed unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients ages 3-17.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Prescribe and manage medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, primary care providers, educators, and family members.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
