• Monday - Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7 am - 5 pm
• 8 - 10 inpatients per shift
• Cardiothoracic surgery experience required
• EVH expertise required for PAs
• In-house call with 20-minute response time
• Fellowship required
• Call ratio 1:3 with 25% call back rate
