HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced, motivated CRNA to step into a key leadership role as Vice‑Chief CRNA at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida.   • Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs
  • Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds
  • High-volume practice: 11,500+ annual surgical cases
  • State-of-the-art facility:
    • 13 ORs + 15 SOS
    • 2 dedicated open-heart ORs
    • 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)
    • Level II Trauma Center
  • Flexible scheduling: 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, and 24-hour shifts
  • Call structure: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p–7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a–7a)
  • Consistent support: 1 physician + 1 CRNA in-house at all times
  • Top-of-license practice with opportunities to demonstrate and expand clinical proficiency

Lawnwood Regional Medical Center is a 345-bed, acute care facility and the largest medical center in St. Lucie County.
