Interventional/General Cardiologist – Moultrie, GA | Inpatient/Outpatient, Competitive Pay & Sign‑On

We’re seeking a cardiology physician to join a busy inpatient and outpatient practice in Moultrie, Georgia. This is a permanent clinical position covering both routine patient care and call—an excellent fit for someone who wants a balanced Monday–Friday schedule with meaningful procedural variety and opportunities to teach.

What the role looks like

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Call: Approximately 7 days/month (TBD); extra pay provided for additional call
• Coverage: Immediate need with ongoing coverage
• Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient care with procedural volume across non-invasive and invasive cardiology
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents

Procedures you’ll perform

• ECG, Holter monitoring, and stress testing (including nuclear stress)
• Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
• Cardiac catheterization and cath/IR procedures
• Pacemaker and ICD implantation, loop recorder placement, and cardioversion
• Cardiac CT and MRI, carotid studies

Key equipment and technology available

• Stress testing: GE MyoSpect nuclear camera; Quinton Q-Stress/treadmill systems
• Cath/IR: GE Optima CL323i cath lab/IR lab; GE Mac Lab hemodynamic monitoring
• Echocardiography: GE Vivid E95 with TEE 4D probe; Philips Epiq 7 with TEE probe

Who we’re looking for

• Active Georgia medical license or participation in IMLC
• BC/BE in Cardiology (if BE, must obtain BC within 5 years)
• Completed or soon-to-be-completed cardiology training
