Join a supportive team in Port Lavaca, TX as a contracted RN caring for laboring and postpartum patients on night shift. This is a travel/contract position that starts ASAP, covering 36-hour shifts with a pay rate of $2,434 per shift.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery.
• Provide hands-on labor support, assist with deliveries, and manage immediate postpartum care.
• Administer medications and necessary interventions; perform routine postpartum assessments.
• Teach and support new mothers and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery expectations.
• Accurately document care and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• Experience in labor & delivery, postpartum, or obstetrics is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and patient-education skills.
• BLS and NRP required; ACLS preferred.
