Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered care model. This is a full-time, locums position offering a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.

Position Highlights:

Compensation: $140+ per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient (no inpatient responsibility)
Care Model: Value-based care
Patient Population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
Patient Volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day
Spanish speaking required
Potential Temp to Perm

Requirements:

MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Active New York State medical license or eligibility
Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
