This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative Cardiology team while providing a combination of outpatient and inpatient care in a supportive environment.

- Cardiology outreach clinic in Decatur, with inpatient rounding at Adams Hospital
- Additional clinic location in Fort Wayne
- Schedule and location flexibility, with clinic coverage varying based on need
- Combination of outpatient Cardiology and inpatient rounding
- Collaborative team environment with experienced providers
- Experienced NPs and new graduates encouraged to apply
- Cardiology experience preferred
