• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 32 guaranteed hours per week
• Expected weekly productivity: 30 units
• Home health care setting
• EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• OASIS experience required -- 1 year minimum
• Home health care experience required -- 1 year minimum
