- 24 hour on-call shift scheduling
- 500-600 births per year
- Management of high and low-risk obstetric evaluations
- Vaginal and cesarean deliveries required
- Oversee L&D unit and triage patients
- Handle emergencies and urgent gynecological consultations
- Provide education and mentoring for residents and staff
