• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Full-time or part-time options available
• Join 2 physicians and 2 part-time nurse practitioners
• Patient census of 15 - 20 per day
• Health system-employed position
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine accepted
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Physician oversight of nurse practitioners
