Join a busy Colorado Springs practice providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient anesthesiology care. This permanent, clinical position offers flexible scheduling with shared call coverage and opportunities for extra shifts. You will manage a broad case mix including high‑acuity trauma (Level I & III), obstetrics, major spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI procedures, with additional work at an outpatient surgical center.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology
• Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA registration

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary range up to $469,000–$520,000 annually
• $20,000 starting bonus
• Quality incentive bonus up to $30,000 annually
• Additional pay available for extra shifts
