Rate: $2,600/40-hours

Requirements:

1 Year ofSwing bed, acute and outpatient PT experience
Ortho Experience - PREFERRED
Travel Experience - PREFERRED
Graduate of an accredited PTA institution
MI PT License
Michigan license
