Minimum 2+ years current PT experience (No New Grads)
Outpatient Ortho experience
PT ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE
Previous travel experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED
Perm address
EPIC experience
Expro experience
NH license
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License
Active American Heart Association BLS
New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
