Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts (40 hrs/wk)
Weekend/Holidays: Weekend requirements TBD; holidays as required
Rate: $2,428 / 40 hours
Vehicle: Traveler must provide own vehicle
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years current PT experience (no new grads)
- Outpatient orthopedics experience
- Oncology PT experience
- Active New Hampshire PT license or compact PT license
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- EPIC and Expro experience
- Permanent address required
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
Note: Must meet licensure and credentialing requirements prior to start.
