Job Summary:

Centennial Primary Care is seeking an experienced primary care Advanced Practice Provider to join their practice

Qualified Candidates: 

• NP or PA degree from accredited program
• CO license or ability to obtain one
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine APP experience preferred
• Provide treatment to patients for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions
• Strong new grad candidates with significant exposure to primary care will be considered
