• Average 12 shifts per month for full-time
• 8 clinical shifts and 4 Medical Director shifts
• Fair mix of days, swing, and nights shifts
• 12-hour shifts: 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am
• First all ABEM board-certified group in Iowa
• 2 - 3 APPs support from 8 am to midnight

• Leadership experience preferred, no prior Medical Director experience required
