Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a contract/travel outpatient assignment in Alpena, MI. Start ASAP. Day shift schedule: 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM–6:00 PM), one Sunday per month. Compensation: $2,744 per 40-hour week.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including pediatric caseload.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and document patient progress accurately.
Required qualifications:
- Active Michigan PT license (verified via LARA and/or Nursys).
- Pediatric experience.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
