Start: ASAP
Assignment: Contract/Travel
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8 hrs/day)
Schedule: Rotating weekends and holiday coverage as needed
Rate: $2,512 per 40 hours
Required qualifications:
- MA Physical Therapist license (active)
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Traveler permanent address on file
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience:
- 2+ years combined acute nursing (hospital-based) and home care experience
- Certified home health experience with proficiency in OASIS
- Acute care experience preferred
Other:
- Candidate must be able to cover rotating weekends/holidays if required.
