Locum Tenens Dermatologist — Greensboro, NC (Epic, 4x/wk, Travel/Lodging/Malpractice Covered)

Location: Greensboro, NC — Adult Level II facility
Engagement: Locum tenens, clinical-only (inpatient/outpatient)
Coverage: Ongoing weekly coverage beginning June 15, 2026 for 26 weeks
Schedule: Four shifts/week, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Practice scope
Provide general dermatology care for all ages, seeing approximately 30–40 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include medical dermatology, skin cancer screenings and lesion assessments, cosmetic services, and minor procedures (e.g., lesion and skin tag removal).

• Equipment: Standard dermatology clinic instruments and supplies
• Support staff: 3 certified medical assistants providing scribing support
• Specialty backup: Dermatology and surgical specialists, including Mohs services
• Reason for coverage: Supplemental

Privileges, credentialing & compliance

• Hospital privileges required
• Credentialing timeline: ~60–90 days
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance: covered
• Facility-required vaccinations as applicable

Required qualifications

• Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain (IMLC accepted)
• Board certified in Dermatology
• Active DEA registration
• Experience: Prefer an experienced general dermatologist; Epic experience preferred

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient dermatologic care for ~30–40 patients/day
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of skin conditions (acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, etc.)
• Perform minor dermatologic procedures and skin cancer screenings
• Collaborate with clinic staff and specialty colleagues
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic
