Schedule: Sun–Sat, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
Rate: Travel: $1,995/35-hr week; Local: $1,967/35-hr week

Minimum requirements

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross, with AED).

Primary responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations: review medical history, assess impairments, functional limitations, and participation restrictions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.
• Design and implement therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and mobility.
• Provide manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, manual stretching) to address pain and mobility limitations.
• Apply physical modalities as indicated (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold) to reduce pain/inflammation and promote healing.
• Train and advise on assistive device use (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs) to maximize safe mobility.
• Create and instruct patients/families on home exercise programs and injury-prevention/ergonomics strategies.
• Monitor, document, and modify treatment based on patient progress and objective outcomes.
• Collaborate and communicate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (evaluations, treatment notes, progress, changes in condition).
• Adhere to legal/ethical standards, including informed consent and patient confidentiality.
• Provide culturally sensitive care and adapt interventions to diverse patient needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
