- Patients per shift: 22 per day with 2-3 new consults
- Admissions required: Yes
- Rounding: Inpatient consults as needed

- Schedule: Clinic-based with 2 nights of call per week and every other weekend call

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient-focused hematology and oncology care with approximately 70% oncology and 30% hematology
- Limited inpatient consults and hospital coverage
- Administration of chemotherapy including intrathecal and intracavitary treatments

**Requirements**
- Board certified Hematology / Oncology physician
- Hematology / Oncology fellowship
- Active Kentucky license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Experience with intrathecal chemotherapy
- Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation

**Compensation**
