• 40-hour work week with outpatient focus
• Medical Director role overseeing PACE program
• See 25 - 30 patients daily in leadership capacity
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience required
• Must have 2+ years in medical leadership role
• Experience with frail elderly and long-term care patients
• Full-service facility with comprehensive PACE operations
