**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Interventional Cardiology fellowship
- Active AZ license or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean history
**Compensation**
- Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice provided
- Travel and lodging reimbursed
