- 8 24-hour shifts per month with private call rooms
- 5 babies in NICU, 5 babies in well baby nursery
- Level III NICU
- Leave coverage needed
- C-sections and deliveries, 2000 deliveries per year
- 200 admissions annually
- No ECMO required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
