**Locums | Hospitalist (IM/FP) | Inpatient | Mount Pleasant, MI**
**Why This Role**
- 7 on / 7 off-style schedule with consistent block coverage
- Day shift only with no call responsibilities
- Established hospitalist team with ICU support
**Assignment Details**
- Dates: May 1 - August 23, 2026
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
- Coverage: Every other week
- Setting: Inpatient
- Patient volume: 15-18 patients per day
- EMR: Cerner
- No call
**Clinical Details**
- Adult inpatient hospitalist coverage
- ICU and CCU exposure with team-based support
- Rounding and patient management in acute care setting
**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Michigan license
- Local to Michigan
- NPDB self-query within 30 days at submission
- Clean malpractice history preferred
**Skills Needed**
- Inpatient adult medicine
- ICU/CCU management
- Rounding and acute care decision making
- Care coordination and discharge planning
**Compensation**
- Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice provided
- Travel & lodging reimbursed
