Job Description

Located in Des Moines, IA, this premier OB Hospitalist opportunity offers a $400,000+ base salary and a massive $150,000 recruitment incentive at a high-volume, 622-bed Level II Trauma Center featuring a 44-bed Level III NICU. This visa-eligible (J-1/H-1B) role follows an 84-shift annual model (approx. 7 shifts per month) with a focus on the OBED and unassigned deliveries, providing a perfect balance of high-acuity clinical work and exceptional compensation in a top-ranked Midwest city.

No Call.
$400-425K Annual Salary.
