Physical Therapist (Varied Shifts) — $15K Sign-On, Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement

We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Batesville, AR, starting 05/18/2026. You’ll work varied shifts of 10 hours per day with no weekend requirements, supporting patients across a range of physical impairments in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Arkansas license (Compact allowed)
• CPR and ACLS certification
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills and the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Solid knowledge of treatment techniques for a variety of physical impairments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with colleagues and other care providers
• Experience in manual techniques, vestibular rehabilitation, and/or pelvic floor therapy is highly preferred but not required
