REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Additional Requirements: Interest in collaborative, patient-centered care model
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings
• Perform ENT surgical procedures
• Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
