Night Shift LVN (Skilled Nursing) — Quincy, CA | Full-Time, SNF Experience Preferred

Join a skilled nursing team in Quincy, CA as a full-time LVN/LPN on the night shift. Start ASAP and provide compassionate, high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

Requirements:

• Active LVN/LPN license in the practicing state and graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program
• BLS certification
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Working knowledge of state nursing regulations and SNF protocols
• Ability to safely lift, reposition, and assist residents

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care per care plans and physician orders, including medication administration and prescribed treatments
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in status promptly and accurately
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers; perform wound care and assist with rehabilitative services
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care
• Educate residents and families about care plans and treatments
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards through accurate, timely documentation
