Join our team in King of Prussia as a full-time Physical Therapist. This position starts ASAP with a schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility.
  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of PT experience.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: screen, examine, evaluate, diagnose, set goals, and develop treatment plans. Document all services and progress.
  • Deliver and document therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise (aerobic, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility), functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance, wound/integrity management, electrotherapeutic and mechanical modalities, and chronic disease management.
  • Incorporate health and wellness education, fall-risk assessment/intervention, case management, and community/home mobility and safety assessments into care plans.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff in accordance with state licensure and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and refer patients to other disciplines or agencies as appropriate.
  • Adapt programs to meet individual physical and cognitive needs and select activities appropriate to patients’ abilities.
  • Instruct patients in mobility skills; evaluate progress and adjust plans through routine reexaminations.
  • Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation, adhere to department schedules, and participate in patient care and staffing conferences and work-related meetings.
  • Order, maintain, clean, and report repair needs for supplies and equipment; promote a safe environment by identifying and addressing fire and safety hazards.
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality service to patients and families.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
